Stringent Quality Control for Our Steel Products

As a professional steel exporter, we adhere to a rigorous multi-stage quality control system to ensure that every batch of our stainless steel sheets, stainless steel pipes, galvanized coils, color-coated galvanized coils and carbon steel coils meet the highest international standards.

• Raw Material Incoming InspectionWe only source raw materials from certified steel mills. All incoming steel coils and billets will go through strict chemical composition analysis using spectrometers, as well as mechanical property testing including tensile strength and hardness measurement. Any non-conforming materials will be rejected immediately to avoid affecting subsequent production.

• In-process Quality SupervisionDuring the production and processing, our inspectors conduct real-time monitoring at every key procedure. For stainless steel sheets, we check flatness, surface finish and dimensional accuracy after cutting and leveling. For stainless steel pipes, we carry out flaw detection to ensure there are no internal cracks and verify the roundness and wall thickness consistency. For galvanized and color-coated coils, we test the adhesion and thickness of the coating layer to guarantee excellent corrosion resistance.
  

• Finished Product Final InspectionBefore delivery, all finished products will undergo a comprehensive inspection. We conduct ultrasonic testing, salt spray testing and impact testing to ensure the products can withstand harsh working conditions. We also check the packaging integrity to avoid any damage during long-distance transportation.
  

• Documented Quality TraceabilityWe keep complete quality records for each batch of products, including test reports, production logs and inspection certificates.
